These terms apply when you use the rabs.com.tr site and the Rabs app to book. By using Rabs you accept these terms.
1. What Rabs is, and what it isn't
- Rabs is an intermediary service that shows the free times of barbers, hair salons and beauty businesses and lets you book with them.
- Rabs is operated by ŞİRKET UNVANI (“Rabs”, “we”).
- The business provides the service. The quality, duration and price of a cut, treatment or any other service are that business's responsibility.
- You pay at the business. Rabs takes no money from you. Booking and using the app are free.
- The prices shown are those the business entered in its panel. The business must tell you about any price difference during the service.
2. Bookings
- You don't need an account to book. Entering your name and phone number correctly is enough.
- A booking is saved in the business's calendar the moment you see the confirmation screen. The same time is not given to anyone else.
- If you book for someone else, enter their details with their permission.
- The number of bookings you can hold at once, at one business and overall, is limited, so that nobody can fill calendars for nothing.
3. Cancelling and changing the time
- Up to the time limit set by the business, you can cancel or change the time of your booking free of charge under Bookings. The limit is shown during booking.
- After the limit has passed, call the business to let them know.
- If you don't turn up, the business may record this as a “no-show” in its own records. This stays with that business only and is not shared with other businesses.
- The business may also cancel a booking, or ask you to change its time, for a compelling reason. In that case it is expected to let you know.
4. What we expect from you
- To give correct information.
- Not to misuse the system: fake bookings, sending requests with automated programs, acting with someone else's number.
- Not to write insults, threats or someone else's personal information into “Rabs'a yaz” or similar fields.
We may stop uses that don't follow these rules and, where necessary, report them to the authorities.
5. Liability
- Rabs records the booking and makes sure it reaches the business. The business is responsible for the service it provides, for what happens at the business and for the payment between you and the business.
- Rabs may be unavailable for short periods, for example during maintenance or an internet outage. A booking you made stays in the business's calendar during that time.
6. Personal data
Your personal data is processed under the privacy notice (rabs.com.tr/en/privacy). What we keep on your device is described in the cookie and on-device storage policy (rabs.com.tr/en/cookies).
7. Changes
If we change these terms, we publish the current version on this page and announce important changes on the site and in the app. Continuing to use Rabs after a change means you accept the new terms.
If the operator of Rabs changes (for example, a transfer to a company set up to run Rabs), these terms and your bookings pass unchanged to the new operator. We announce this on this page and in the app.
8. Disputes
The law of the Republic of Turkey applies. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the statutory monetary limits, and Consumer Courts above them.
