We built Rabs for both sides: customers shouldn’t have to queue, and stylists shouldn’t have to put down their scissors to answer the phone. A booking shouldn’t take more than a minute.
How we work
A few rules.
No exceptions.
We won’t drop these rules as Rabs grows. If one ever has to change, we’ll say so in advance and in writing.
- No made-up reviewsNo bought ratings and no made-up reviews. A new shop shows as “New on Rabs”.
- No commission on your own customersWe never charge for customers who come through a shop’s own link.
- Your data is not for saleNo advertising or tracking cookies. We never sell your data or pass it to other businesses.
- The customer list belongs to the shopA shop can download its customer list any time. We don’t hold it hostage.
- Set up togetherWe enter a shop’s services, prices and hours together with them, at the shop or over a video call.
- Prices in writing, up frontThe pilot is free. The price after that is given in writing before the pilot ends.
